Mit der Hetzner Online GmbH besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. Server-Logfiles werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für den sicheren Betrieb, die Fehleranalyse und die Missbrauchsabwehr erforderlich ist. Die Domain wird zusätzlich über Cloudflare als DNS-, CDN- und Proxy-Dienst ausgeliefert; dabei können technische Zugriffsdaten auch durch Cloudflare verarbeitet werden.
3. Contact, form, and appointment booking
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the data you provide to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The form opens a prepared email in your mail app; the message is only sent by you.
The data involved may include your name, email address, company details, project details, and your message.
For direct appointment booking, we use Cal.com. Available time slots are loaded and, when a booking is created, data such as name, email address, selected appointment, time zone, and an optional note are transmitted to Cal.com so the appointment can be created and confirmed.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to entering into or preparing a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.
Retention period:
